Natural Abilities Battery & College/Career consulting

Everyone is born with natural abilities. We offer the Highlands Ability Battery, or the "Gold Standard" among tools assessing aptitudes. Carla Miley, our trained consultant, goes over assessment results in detail and discusses ways that individual scores can inform your education and career.

Summer is the ideal time for high school upper classmen and college students to take the Assessment. Carla helps students identify colleges that fit with their abilities and goals. The Assessment is also an excellent tool in identifying college majors that are well-suited to students’ natural abilities.

college Applications

At Home Academy offers one-on-one college application assistance all summer long. We help students write essays, create effective resumes, and walk them through the application process.

Additionally, we meet with high schoolers to help them plan their academic careers. We discuss AP courses, class scheduling, college readiness, and more.

All sessions are scheduled to meet the student’s needs.
